加熱処理
- 全ての完成精密部品はお客の規格書による慎重に処理されます。
- この制御プロセスは使用中で硬度を上げ、耐摩耗性、変形と脆性を減らします。
- 一般の熱処理応用はSub-Zero,硬化と焼き入れなど含みます。
- 全ての部品は加熱処理されて、次に材料の硬度と強度を確認するために硬度計で検査されます。
Heat Treatment
- All finished precision parts are carefully heat treated in accordance to customer’s specifications.
- This controlled process increases tooled part hardness, resistance to abrasion, deformation and reduces their brittleness during usage.
- Common heat treatment applications include hardening, tempering and sub-zero
- All heat-treated parts are then inspected by hardness tester to certify material hardness and strength.
